We collect the data you send us yourself and the data received by the services embedded in the site. Nothing is sold.

Legal basis
Your consent for optional services, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time. Performance of your request or of a contract for requests and bookings. Our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse.
Retention
Requests received by e-mail or messaging are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted. The hosting provider's technical logs are kept for a limited period set by the provider. Your consent choice is stored on your device for 6 months.
Recipients and processors
Site hosting: Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., États-Unis). The providers of the services listed above receive the data needed for their function and act under their own terms.
Transfers outside Switzerland or the European Union
Some providers (hosting, messaging, maps) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on safeguards recognised by the FADP and the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses or the data protection framework between Europe, Switzerland and the United States.
Cookies and trackers
The site stores your consent choice in your browser's local storage. No other non-essential cookie is set without your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and portability. Write to yhyswitzerland@gmail.com: we answer within 30 days.
